Jul. 1st, 2007 02:31 pmThis isn't the post I meant to make - I have a whole, shameful outline for a sga au that I need someone to convince me not to write, and a totally wretch story that I need to post, and a whole treatise on 'Is Kavenaugh actually incompetent?' with like, footnotes. And a bunch of John is a homo who likes cock type remarks to make - but we're moving next week, and I found my notebook of old fanfic at the back of my closet while I was packing.
Okay, this isn't like most people, who find their old fanfic and it's awful, but it's funny because they're fourteen. This is from like, first year university, so I was eighteen and supposed to be competent. And it's hilariously awful. It's a mix of QaF and the OC - including one epic crossover of the two, and some original stuff that I'm pretty sure is just QaF in disguise. Oh, and some HP. I don't even remember writing 90% of this stuff.
SOME OF IT I'M PRETTY SURE I DIDN"T WRITE. Like, it's in my handwriting, in my notebook, in my bedroom, but I'm pretty sure I recognize it as fanfic I have read. Apparently I copied it down in my notebook? Plagiarizing to myself? Because I sure as hell showed it to nobody else. Hilariously, most of it I have no clue whether I wrote it or not. I know I wrote the qaf/oc crossover, because I remember doing it, but that's pretty much it. I would post it so you could all laugh at me, but I'm afraid of being mocked for bad plagiarization. I think it's about 50/50%.
